Scaffold Plus Sale Terms & Conditions

This sales agreement (the “Sales Agreement”) is made by and between Safway Services, LLC (“Safway”) and (“Customer”) (collectively, the “Parties”). The Parties hereby agree as follows:

Customer shall be responsible for any and all shipping and transportation charges associated with the purchase of the Equipment.

The Parties expressly agree that the sale of any Equipment by Safway to Customer pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Sales Agreement shall be an “AS IS, WHERE IS” transaction and that Safway expressly disclaims any liability to Customer or to any other party associated with the condition or performance of the Equipment. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold Safway harmless from any all claims, demands, causes of actions, judgments, or other liability in any way associated with the Equipment. Safway makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Equipment, including any warranty for merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Identified prices are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on available inventory levels, quantities purchased, and location of the equipment.
